62 Days to Change: Day 6 – Back in the Saddle…Sort Of

Feeling Groggy

This is how I felt after my carb overload in a misguided ‘cheat meal’ from yesterday…yuck!

After my ‘Carb Encounter of the Worst Kind‘ yesterday, I was back in the saddle and working out today.

I’m a little disappointed in myself for being unable to finish the complete workout I’d planned but I’m happy I did something.

There were still many lingering effects from the ‘cheat meal’ mis-adventure, including fatigue and grogginess.

Other than that, I’m still toughing through establishing my other new habits!
