26 Weeks to Change – Day 2: All I Do Is HIIT!

Today I woke up with less than no desire to workout.

Not because I didn’t want to but because I was so sore from yesterday’s workout!

With that in mind, I told myself “you can do a four minute workout.”  That little pep talk did wonders for boosting my energy and determination to workout.  So I decided to do a HIIT workout with my jump rope.

Here’s the workout I followed:

Yeah, I’m nowhere as awesome as he is but it was a fun (and short!) workout.
